Reminder: Poker on TV.

if i'm not mistaken, last week on the epc they said it was an 8 day tourney, and only 2 or 3 episodes have been aired, so i figure we'll have poker for the next month and a half on thursdays.

a guy named milfred, from here in the tee dot won 2nite.

oh, does anyone else find the table they use annoying?

Canadian Internet player Arthur Manfredi wins European Open stage that featured another Canadian, David Webb, who finished third.

It was action packed 90 minutes that showed each contestant different style of play.

BTW... chosen one, Milfred and Manfredi are two completely different guys. Eh, what channel is EPC? Can't find in TV Guide.

BTW, how did u know manfredi was my neighbour? i guess i should have known by his Sopranos look that his name wasn't milfred.

2nd, it was celeb. poker, not wpt

I love having ESPN2....they have poker on almost every day for hours. WE need a poker station or something.

Just guessing...but...
US dishes still do exist in Canada...just not direct.
Hence the access to ESPN + ESPN2

Travel Network is great for WPT
Fox Sports Channels are jumping on the Poker bandwagon with the WPPT.
The fox coverage/camera's look is horrible compared to others...but, all the
big names are playing.

Daniel N won one shown on fox...proudly sporting his Mats Sundin jersey.

Have you heard of this? New and exciting supposedly from Molson Canadian and Score TV? If I have it wrong let me know. I downloaded the client yesterday. Not so great but....it reminds me of another poker client I have....supposed to be offering great prizes etc. in a day or so.
I wanted to tell you about my little win of a gem to enter the final table at tigergaming.com for a chance at four seats to go to WPT ($28,000 + seat supposedly) I am so excited. This is a six level system that once at the final table you can win. I am confused though because it says win part of $112,000 (which works out to four seats) but the amount of players that have made it to the sixth stage. They play stage 5 every day at 10pm (so how could they give 4 seats if there are more than 4 tables of ten?) Could this woman actually make it? Wouldn't that be so cool. I have been watching very closely how I play online. Folding when the hand just sucks....lol.....as a newbie I used to lose a lot of cash just wanting to "see" what the 7/8 off suit could do for me...and junk hands ..... lol.....I need tips....lots of tips for this final table to be held on tigergaming on March 31st. Anyone wanna help a nice Hamiltonian girl out?

Fancy that - Molson is now jumping on the bandwagon with Labatts marketing up poker all over Canada. All_Aces - looks like you have some competition. However, from reading the other thread, sounds like you could use some time off from the PR circuit anyway

The first wave of marketing for Labatt's is almost over. There will likely be a second and a third wave in the coming months for me. A LOT of companies are doing poker-related promotions right now, and obviously I will refrain from talking about them. Don't worry though, it's not like I'll use my 'mod-powers' to delete references to other companies and their promotions.
