Is there any reason that you don't value bet that turn?

I would think that you can get value from any overpair and likely and Ax at the $5.50 level by betting that turn

Well kind of. I was on about 14 tables and didn't really think much of it at the time. He had a VPIP of 97% in that tourney up to that point from when I joined the table (about 30 hands) so J 7 o was definitely in his early position limping range. He seemed very passive so I figured if he actually bet the turn I was in trouble. If not value bet river and wish I had 52 for a style win.
