I believe this is also as sick a beat as possible; hitting runner-runner-perfect which is a 1000:1 shot. I haven't yet been either the giver or reciever of such a beat.

Another way of looking at it is - I held the only hand possible that could beat him. Sick. I've seen runouts lots of times (yes thanks g2) but to hold the only possible winning hand that's sick. But on the other hand, the best hand preflop won.
