Starting Chips 6000, 94 players, 9 get a seat, 1 gets $150 bucks. Get up to 14K after a couple hours.....play 10's horribly bad against Q's and lose all but 250 chips of my chips. Sitting in the small blind the very next hand (blinds 150/300, no ante).
Get it in with 69 off and make a straight on the river to beat Top 2 for the triple up.
Get Q's a couple hands later, one raise, I call (have less than the raise), one more caller, flop QAA....triple up again.
22 a couple hands later, couple limpers, I jam, get two callers. Flop 577, one guy bets his AK, Brick, Brick, another triple up.
AA about 10 hands later, raise, BB calls me down to the river then folds....close to a double up, and more chips than I had before the 10's in only 20 minutes.
End result, get my seat to a $550 tourney.
Best live chip (well 7 chips) and chair story I've had.
