I think it is only in the best interest of the league to allow the 11th place player a chance to play if 1 to 10 have not commited.  | |

Hmmmm, I suppose I'm of two minds about that aren't I?
The mind that thinks it would be obvious for the 11th place finisher to move up if a player could not commit.
and
The mind that wants to increase one's chances of winning a fun ass video game system.
I'm certain the former will win out in the end.
Has Graham ruled on this?
