ATTENTION!!!!

The forum is not your grandmother's house. You may not always be greeted with a kiss on the cheek and a plate of cookies. BBC's comments make sense(almost every time) if you're willing to view them from a "thinking" perspective. If you insist on "feeling" every single thing you are going to have a pretty tough time out there in the real world.

does anyone read anything on this forum? or do you just not understand english? i never sad BBC Z was wrong about anything. just said he's not nice to people. and this is a poker forum in which we are trying to help each other and better learn the game of poker. i do not equate "life" with a random poker forum, so i have no idea what you are referring to.

Thanks all I'm a newbie here - so interesting to see how this thread grew. haha.

pokerJAH - Good points. I guess a key piece of missing info is that I had just won a HUGE pot the hand before, was stuck large, and didn't want to loose any chips. I was happy to check raise and take it down there, or check this hand down (or fold on turn / river) .... I was only commited for my blind and normally wouldn't play J7.

Pantsonfire - thanks as well. Very true about hands, I agree. As clarified since it was a small blind and I checked
