| playing bottom set
here's a cash game hand i played today and i wanted to get some opinions. reads on villian are that he's pretty loose aggressive and will play almost any two cards. i have seen him push and call all ins with less than premium hands.
Hand #1523012210000679: Rome 12210
Seat 1: *** (1.02 in chips)
Seat 3: *** (1.74 in chips)
Seat 5: VILLIAN (10.53 in chips)
Seat 6: *** (1.81 in chips)
Seat 8: HERO (6.91 in chips)
Seat 9: (4.63 in chips)
Seat 3 : posts small blind $0.02
Seat 5 : posts big blind $0.04
Dealt to HERO [ 3h 3s ]
Seat 6 : folds
HERO : calls
Seat 9 : folds
Seat 1 : calls
Seat 3 : folds
VILLIAN : checks
@@@ F_L_O_P @@@ [ 3c Th 2c ]
VILLIAN : bets $0.14
HERO : raises to $0.28
Seat 1 : folds
VILLIAN : raises to $0.84
HERO : ?
i threw out the min raise on the flop because my read had this guy playing too aggressively with weak hands. plus, he had just lost a decent sized pot so i felt like he could definitely been on tilt. i thought a min raise would induce him to reraise me. ok, he does. now what is your play?
Edit: ignore my title...this is not bottom set.

If you think he is likely to call an all in on a draw, shove and cross your fingers. I think he is prob on a draw or has top pair or something at this point.

I'd re-pop ALL IN. If he has 10s, you pay him off. He could have TPTK or a flush draw or both. Hang on tight.
Johnnie.

Are you really classifying players as good LAGs at this limit? He either has a hand he'll go with or not at this point, just get it in the middle.

like i mentioned in the OP, i had seen him push/call all ins with not the best hands, and he had just lost a decent sized pot and was most likely on tilt. therefore i pushed on his reraise thinking he'd call (i put him on top pair at best). he didn't though to my surprise. i thought maybe perhaps due to my chip stack size i scared him away, but i felt like it was the right play under the circumstances.
in hindsight, i wish i just did another min reraise (to $1.68) because i really think he might have pushed all in then trying to get me to fold. my all in reraise was just too much for him to call in the end and i think lost me some more chips.

so to answer your question, yes this is a real question because YOU SHOULD NOT PLAY EVERY SIMILAR HAND IN EXACTLY THE SAME WAY since there are a large amount of factors that should be considered (for example, like stack sizes which had i considered i probably shouldn't have pushed all in here necessarily).
