1st hand is pretty useless. Even with flopping a straight or wrap means someone could be freerolling you to a higher straight/half your wrap outs, also A23 flop means someone could backdoor the A high straight against you. Pretty much avoid any combo where A on board would make you an A low straight because it puts higher straight combos out there.

Hand 1 is probably a fold pre as we are OOP and out hand is easily dominated. If we flop a set it is almost never going to be top set. As played, I get it in on the flop as there is only hand we have bad equity vs (1010xx). edit just noticed this was a H/L hand...yeah, trash it pre. You have a really bad low draw and a really bad high draw. So, really no nut draws save for 734 or A52...fold pre

Hand 2 - cbet/fold flop vs most villains. If you do check the flop, you have to bet at that turn as it crushes your range. So b/f turn. Fold river (and kick yourself for playing so passively) as played as you only have a bluff catcher.

Hand 3 - is a fold pre. Most villains 3bet range (unless they are aggro) will be weighted heavily toward AAxx and KKxx. We have very few nut outs without j9 on the board and the flush draw is only to the 2nd nuts.... so I just fold.

Hand 1:

Probly fold pre is best, calling off way to high a % of your stack with that hand. You have limited flops that you hit well. I don't mind raising with it, when u can c-bet a missed flop and take it down alot of the time, but I don't like calling with it giving villain control of hand. 3-bet pre would be better than flatting, as he would fold a decent percent of the time to make it profitable (assuming villain is semi-decent).

Hand 2:

Need to c-bet for sure (i have set for 68% pot), if he check raises....quick fold, as we're flipping at absolute best, and most likely way behind. Some guys will check shove with a dry 1 pair, some with da nutz. Anything other than a fold by villain here.....time to shut down unless hand improves.

Hand 3:

Easy fold pre...hand like that I'm only entering by raising....and u can't raise profitably in that spot.

if I can't bet or raise.......should be folding.

In the hand in my post, this is an obvious three bet pre. You are only 37 effective and have very strong aces. On the flop you have an SPR of 2.5:1 effective, aces, the nut blocker and no backdoors. Your opponent is probably calling with any but the most hopeless hands pre but is probably raising 'good' hands (wraps, two pair, double suited hands).

I think you should bet the flop. Around 4800. You are in position, can win the pot right now, don't necessarily have to fold if you are raised. There are really no good turn cards for you aside from an ace and you can only pick up a back door with J or T (discounting the possibility of running KQ for two pair). You will def. sometimes be stone dead.

This flop can be somewhat problematic if your three bet range is weighted more towards big pairs and uber monsters and especially you are deeper. But here you are only 2.5 SPR so you may be able to stack off blindly if you have no read on villian. Bet folding is also a viable line. On the turn checking after he checks again is criminal. It is important to struggle for pots when you are heads up.

Same as another post. bet flop, bet turn etc. You had the lead and most bets take it down....flop up with you aggression and play from there if call.
