Fold.
Don't call off all your chips with a worse hand.
You beat too little and dominated too often.

I dont mind shipping this hand when you're first in the pot, but i hate calling off your stack when you're always behind.

Ax or K8+, K6s+, QT+ Q9s+, TJs any pair I'll ship. I really dont like J8 here.
M is 5, we can survive this round by folding our blinds, and still have fold equity when we make our steal.

Villian is doing this light, but he's probably not shipping 93o or 24s here. if you give him the slightest bit of credit his range beats your hand. Fold.

Wasnt positive on whether this was a call or not, i was a little tilted at the time has some donk with 9bbs called my raise from EP with j5os and flop j42. I had 99 just steamed me a little. I did call here but wasnt positive if it was right play so figured id ask. He ended up having j9os and i rivered an 8

right on. Well J8s is part of the nash equillibrium calling range for 10 bbs effective stacks here. Because villain is decent wed assume he's shoving at least that.

....you do this by feel don't you....

At 10bbs, I don't know if I call here. I would think we are behind but not way behind. It would depend on my read on villain and how aggro he has been.

With you stack, you can still wait another 20 hands and try to be the aggressor as opposed to calling a raise. But I don't think either play is horrible.

Just for something for some people to think about in these situations; you don't actually have to be ahead to make calling correct. You're leaving a lot of money on the table if you think in terms of "best hand = call, worst hand = fold". This would be correct if there was never money in the pot before any decision. Here there's not only money in the pot, but it represents nearly 1/3 of our stack.
