Odds check-up: Why does he fold?

I was railing the nightly 100k when this came up: I just need a check-up on my thinking, which is that, considering the price he's getting, shouldn't lilholdem be forced to call this shove?

PokerStars Game #39512124288: Tournament #284011042, $150+$12 USD Hold'em No Limit - Level X (300/600) - 2010/02/09 23:34:37 ET

Pot is 18,191 and lilholdem has to call 8141 more..
so he's is getting 2.23 to 1 on a call, amirite?

Or does this pertain more to cash games than mtts?

(Also, for those who don't know, lilholdem954 crushes mtts)

Yeah, math is right for the guy in the first post. Not that that ever stopped anyone from making bad folds

I would think that the guy was trying to steal and folded because he did not want anyone to see the cards that he 3 bet with. I think someone has said similar.
