kk this guy is most active preflop but had been folding a lot to aggression which was reason for 3 bet from sb. I had been really tight for like an hour and a half. 3 bet him once before with no resistance.

wow thats a spot....i think as played fold, i wonder if we want to set up or flop bet for a turn shove...can't call here though i think, might be reverse implied odds vs his flush draws too

sheesh...guy ships a 1k at the V and asks for my advice

At this stage of the tourney there is no point in gambling. You still have 40 BBs. I cannot imagine that if you hit a Jack, it would be good so you only have 8 outs and may be only have 6, as he may have a heart draw.

Another thing you mentioned was that he folded to aggression previously and this time he did not and in fact, has shown great strength. He really likes his hand and you are going to need to get lucky to win this one, not worth it.
