ok, so what is the best thing to do on the turn when more outs open up, check or bet?

I know the flop bet could have been more but what is the best option for the turn? If bet what size of bet?

ya comp, the 8 spades would of been sweet, that river was a action killer with bringing the diamond flush and another 5, so played it safe on river
