more likely the flush.

edit**

read it better, if you think he has the one outer against you, then you should remove your testicles.

only way he has you beat is if he has the Ac.

i bet you had the nuts.

Kathy, there is no one-outer scenario in this hand, he is beaten by any naked Ac and 2 straight flush combos.

You second statement is false.

He had nowhere near the nuts, he had the 4th nuts in this hand.

gg Kathy

The call on the turn gave it away....villian has Ac and is never raising any other hand on the river. I have to agree with the check/call option.

Yes I keep making HUGE fishy plays at 25NL, but only because they'd be less fishy in a lower limit if that makes any sense. AKA in 10 NL I'd expect to get called by Queen high Jack high flushes often enough. But here really Queen high might call, I think jack high is folding, and obviously the other three nut hands have me crushed so! Yea better to play cautiously.

Here's another hand which again I played horribly, I don't think I should ever be calling in a spot like this.

Seat 1: legioner456 folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 2: mattilius (button) showed [Qs Qd] and lost with two pair, Queens and Fours
Seat 3: Chibuzo (small blind) folded before Flop
Seat 4: spoonitnow (big blind) showed [Ac Ad] and lost with two pair, Aces and Fours

However that being said the donk award still has to go to BTN in this case as how often is Queens ANY good to a-5bet all in pot-pf at 25NL. Nevertheless I still made a huge mistake shoving here, and I probably won't do that again in a spot like this ever or at least untill I see people 4 bet bluffing. I doubt that happens much at 25 NL :P

I have no problem with you flatting this preflop. If you do, assuming the AA does same, then the hand is turning out the same on the flop anyways. If the other two both shove after you flat preflop, maybe you can fold. Depends on your roll. This would be one of those "feel" type plays.

As for the "how often is Queens ANY good to a-5bet all in pot-pf at 25NL", there's a LOT of times they're good. There's a lot of people that will go broke on A10s no matter how hard you raise, ditto for JJ. It's not like the increase in blinds from .01/.02 to .10/.25 removes that many fools. Just a few of them.

Wow, you got lucky on that one. On the first hand I am a donk and would probably still call very reluctantly but would be pretty sure he had the ace. Did he?

Against sane opponents and in tournaments I usually bet-fold 1/3 of the pot on the river. Don't tell anyone though

Edit: I'm ofc still talking about that first hand
