Definitely a shove with 7BBs Philli.

Do a good search for SAGE (Sit and Go Endgame) if you'd like a nice and simply chart for shove/fold poker when you reach HU in a SNG.

How about this one? 1 table sng, likes min raising on button with wide range, earlier he did it with K6 and I called with K8 to get back up to almost even chips. I figured a ace was alright here, maybe not?

PokerStars - Hold'em Tournament - $150/300 Blinds - 2 Players
Hand Converter from Pokerhand.org

hero(BB): $6,235
Mr_Jungle29 (BTN): $7,265

Pre-flop: Dealt to hero As 9s
Mr_Jungle29 raises to $600, hero?

you have villains range here ..i used k6 suited, but if it was k6 offsuit then you can just make the slider wider:

Attachment 1008

his actual range might be a little different. more aces? more pairs? more suited? who knows but its a start:

Attachment 1007

We can feel like we have a strong enough hands vs his range here. Stove isn't the end all be all but its another piece of the puzzle. Also we are getting an ok price with pot odds because of the blinds and his only min raise.

Certainly we won't fold but the next question is do you 3bet or just call? Why?
