Computer help?

Sorry to post this here but I am desperate. I cannot get into this site from my home computer for some reason. I have not had any problems until about a month ago and all I get coming up is the standard white screen saying no site exists.
I am not having problems with any other site.
I have ran Norton Anti Virus numerous times and found nothing.
If anyone has an idea of how to fix this I would appreciate it.
Please email me since I now rarely have access to this site.

Hey,

I do tech support for a living so i think i can help ya out here, just need a few details from ya if u can tell me

OS?
Last time known time it worked?
Browser ? ie, netscape etc.....
Any added hw or sw since the problem started?
checked security settings of browser - ie. 128 bit encrytion, allow all first/3rd party cookies

if you'd like i can go more into depth w/ you to try and help fix it,

was actually waiting to hear back from you b/c when you emailed me, you said u'd give the steps a try... but i didnt hear anything after
