I feel bad for the guy but if you are going to offer a reward, don't have all these 'if than', 'or', etc. conditions. Especially if you just won $9MM last year and the reward is a couple weeks interest on the principal. Only a poker player would think of a reward with all these conditions.

If I were going to be critical of anything Duhamel did, it was in the quantity of cash he kept at his home. But that is irrelevant to the crime . . .
