Fundraiser Poker Structure

This isn't my structure, I just want thoughts on what everyone thinks. It's suppose to be for a fundraiser.

40people max. $20 buy-in. $20 re-buy for the first 2 hours. No details on blind structure or starting chips. Snacks provided. Alcoholic drinks for sale.

Payout:
1st: $150 + trophy
2nd: $100
3rd: $50

What do you think? Improvements?

if you get 40 people and they each rebuy payout is very poor

If you are organizing a charity poker game, here's a good idea, that will allow you to provide other games including Blackjack, Roulette and Craps.

Just use play or tokens that everyone buys for a set amount like 100.00. Then they compete with real games for play money. At the end of the night, you throw an auction with real prizes for bid but purchased only through the play money.

That allows you to have games of chance and advertise.
