Just wanted to wish everyone here a Happy Christmas, New Year and entire holiday season and your family and friends. Hope you take the time for your family and friends over the next while.

For me, the fam-jams include playing uber-amounts of bingo-style tournaments with family members and the occasional cash game and other ridiculous gambling games we have at New Year's (incl. In-Between). Using Poker as my vacation away from school, and as a recharge after writing an exam and 2 papers in the span of 56 hours. I hope to spend more time playing online as well, resurrecting my PokerRoom or opening new online accounts elsewhere, between the family gatherings as my girlfriend is out in Vietnam over the holidays with her family and my best friend is down in NY working. May go see him the weekend before going back to school though.

Curious, but wondering if other people here spend their family time in poker-playing/gambling festivities. Interesting way to get people together, especially if they're into poker.

During the holidays, my cousins and I usually go play cash games somewhere mainly $1/2 NL, I bought 3 books to read over the holidays so I need to get on that as well.
