Newb needs advice about payment

I'm new to online poker, but have read that receiving payments for your winnings is a bitch. Just wondering what payment methods and/or sites have the best reputation for Canadians?

I've found most sites won't cash out to Credit Cards.
What sites do that Guy?

Really helps when people indicate the approximate amounts they are talking about when asking these questions.

If you are talking 20 bucks or so then there really is no effective payment method after exchange rates and startup fees etc. Just deposit with VISA, realize you are eating 25% in fees/exchange rates, and if you run up your balance to a few hundred have the poker room send you a check if need be.

If you are going to be moving a few hundred+ at a time then moneybookers or click2pay are good options.

Edit: One thing to add, if using your credit card to deposit then prepay it or else you will be charged interest on the purchase as it is a cash advance.

I think Paradise once advertised cc chargebacks.

Receiving payments in general has never been a pain, though it was much easier and cheaper when neteller was around. Some sites still do withdrawals for free, others have charges to them.

Did my first Moneybookers bank withdrawal on the weekend, will see how long it takes.

I thought that was only for US players? Which sites credits back your credit card?

Not sure how fast moneybookers is but Stars usually issue a cheque quickly especially if it's a hefty one...they'll send it "FedEx"! and doesn't take long to clear. (TDcanadatrust).

I now use Moneybookers and Click2Pay. Most sites accept one or both of these.

You can fund Click2Pay with a credit card, which I did to seed it (for a fee).

You can't use your credit card to fund Moneybookers for gaming purposes. To seed this account, I went to my bank and sent a wire transfer.

I haven't had to seed these accounts since the initial funding, but they are essential for moving money between various sites.

Depends on your credit card.
Some work some don't

I play on Stars and they chargedback my Visa no problem took like 1 day or so... was only 300$ though I would have ordered a check if it was a few thousand.
