Our League Format, feedback?

Just curious to what format you guys use for your home game leagues?

My wife and her friends set one up a few months ago, started playing it about 5 games in.

So what they came up with is $40 buy-in, every Friday. league members have to be consistent. We all pitched $20 for replacement copags, TD software, tables etc and banked. 10+ players plus casuals, to max of 2 tables.
$10 of each league member buy-in goes to forced savings each game
$20 to main pot and $10 to league pot. Rebuys first hour to main pot.
7500 start stacks
The forced savings and league pot have to be used for brick mortar events and both pots are awarded 50, 30, 20
casuals don't pay league portion, just build main.
50% of action is auto league for casino but based on percentage of buy-in
Higher than I would like but we figure it's almost like a pool and we should pass around.

After table 2 breaks, .25/50 DC, mostly PLO and Crazy Pinapple. $20 min buy $40 max. Players can buy of big stacks to balance but bills stay in play.

How do you guys do yours?

Okay, it probably works a lot more smoothly than just reading it, but it still seems like a lot to digest this early in the a.m.
So, is the idea is that you are building funds for the League leaders to play in casino events with the rest of the League sharing the profit?

Yup, You pretty much nailed it. I am just going with it, keep having to verify info myself.
Sats should be easy enough, is Some points systems you use or does anyone else try to build a prize pool for later?

Curious to how others are competing, say like when OPT sends someone to WSOP str8 sat or points?
