I've seen many tourney's listing these two stats. What do they mean and how are they calculated?

The higher the patience factor the less likely the tournament will turn into a bingofest. Te skill level has a max value of 6.

I forget who but I got a spreadsheet emailed to me with this. It takes starting stack, length of blinds and rebuy or no rebuy into the calculations.

Anyhoo, I was surprised Poker Terms - Online Poker Lingo Dictionary didn't have it listed.

There also was a spreadsheet floating around that took field size into consideration as well but I'm not sure where I found it at one point. I lost my copy and then haven't seen it since.
