What box? I always thought it stored them for recall anytime. Maybe I'm wrong.

Either way, you should be able to request a Hand History of Xnumber of hands you played emailed to you. Review the options again, it's there.

Are you talking about the "save my hand history" checkbox?

If so... try to check it, close PS and open it back, see if it's still checked and it should stay there.
But like Ace said, you can request your hand history, heck, if it's tournament you can let pokertracker do it for you now.

If you have it set to save your hand histories, they'll be on your hard drive in the Poker Stars program directory.

Are you sure you have a path in where to save the hands?
Like c:\

If not the box will uncheck itselft.
Also make sure you have I dunno... 30 days stored?

Try that and see if it works.
