Negreanu - Fun to watch, Canadian, feel like he's pretty down to earth whenever I see him play at tables with nobodies vs. a lot of pros who talk down to them or try and intimidate.

Antonius - Just a cool dude.

Phil Galfond - Think he's a genius

Dwan, Ivey, Laak get honorable mention..


hated :

Matusow - just don't think he's that good and he's on tv all the time

Todd Brunson - If he even counts, I just think he's ugly.

Sammy Farha - Drop the rat pack act, it's played out.






Women :

Liv Boeree - 9/10

Vanessa Rousso - 8.5/10

Jennifer Harman - I like her whenever I see her on TV and she is a solid player.

The obvious one Anette Obrestad, totally rude and dillusional

Jennifer Tilly seems nice but terrible poker player imo

Favourites:

-Negreanu. Agree with the previous statement completely. Just entertaining as all hell.
-Gabe Kaplan. Gets in some great lines that just seem to come out of nowhere. It's only one or two a night, but I sit there waiting for it because I know when it happens, it's gonna be awesome. Plus, you have to respect a man that could rock an afro like he did.
-Scotty Nguyen. Can't not love that man.

Most Hated:

-Phillipo Candio. It's bad enough the guy celebrates like a complete twat anytime he sucks out, but to then pretend he A) doesn't know the rules and B) doesn't understand English well enough, to try get out of a penalty is just pathetic.
-That fool that kept barking during the WSOP ME. Congrats, you used to be a street fighter. Good for you. Now shut up until you piss away your chips... and there they go.
-Hellmuth. He's the only guy who I've bought a poker book from that I got absolutely sweet fuck all from. And he's an idiot.

Women:

... how the hell would I know? How in the blue hell would I remember their names when I can't remember the name of which Cowboys cheerleader I woke up with this morning?!

durr is an alien and amazes me with his perveted view of the game.

i have seen some unreal reads from negraneu....what do you do when he calls your hand during play...

i can't not watch hellmouth, can't help but think "are you serious man" you play for a living and you spazz when you get beat....absoulute spazz....i wonder if hes a media whore or if it loosens up his competion in wordwide cash games.

and amanda lang is hot but thats off topic...

GTA Poker

Don't care much....except I have to say that Negreneau comes across as a complete douche on The Big Game and it is painful to watch him play these days against good players -- he has no clue about where he is at in almost every hand.

He seems to try and compensate for his lack of understanding of certain spots by being "funny". It's painful to see him unravel the way he has over the past year or two.

GOOD

Tom Dwan - easy and obvious choice, he is an action junky.
Phil Laak - he is soooo underrated. everyone thinks he's a nit, but he plays solid, I've seen him make some big moves, and he'll talk thought process during the hand.
Sammy Farha - this guy is pure jokes.

Wild Card
Tony G - he is on the fence for me, sometimes I love watching him, sometimes I hate him. He is a very polarizing guy. I like his smack talk sometimes, but sometime he goes WAY overboard and doesn't respect the game.

Annie Duke - I know a lot of people don't like her, but I think shes smart and intelligent. I don't get the amount of hate she gets when shes trying to legalize online poker in the senate. She does a lot for the poker community.
Picking two others is kind of hard.
Evelyn Ng - Seems like a good poker player from her appearances on WPT.
Vanessa Rousso - her looks are overrated, but I guess she does look good for a poker player.
Liv Boeree is pretty attractive, but has anyone actually seen her play poker?

BAD

Mike Matusow - This guy is the worst nit ever. He doesn't even play when he's on tv, it is just disgusting.
Antonio Esfandiari - The guy is pretty boring, pretty big nit with no moves.
Devilfish - Remember when he was always on TV with those partypoker events, man, this guy was annoying.

Liz Lieu - I can't stand her ears and her gap teeth, do people think shes attractive?
Annette Obrestad - She's interesting to watch, but she is absolutely rude and on this high horse. Maybe she'll get better at that. She can also lose some weight.
Jennifer Tilly - She is just terrible and hard to watch sometimes. Remember that hand where she checked the river with a 2nd nuts boat because she was worried of pocket Ks. She has gotten better, but I also watched her on Poker Million or something like that and she was still pretty terrible.

Honorable mentions of people I like to watch:
Viffer, Meltzer, Dario Minieri, Jaime Gold

Phil Laak because of the way he gets wax poetic when he's chatting amongs the table, plus his analogies are phenomenal.

Tom Dwan because I like his story before breaking onto the scene and watching him on tv is always fun because of his hand range.

Chris Ferguson I really like him a lot, I respect guys that make a lot of their decisions based solely on math, plus this dude can cut carrots by throwing cards through them! You tube it


Vanessa Rousso, I like this check basically because she's smart and besides the fact she was in FHM once, she isn't the type that lets here tits flop about at the table... I think she is pretty decent.

Annie Duke, I think she's just a straight up professional person and I can see how that could equate to being a bitch, but she is one of the key players in the poker community.

I don't know this chicks name, but she is from Alberta originally and she used to (or still does) commentary on the odd poker show. She was on a commentator's week on poker after dark and... Not the greatest poker player, but ... I would eat her ass out after a bike ride.

- Phil Hellmuth - DUHHH... you all list his rants as bad things. Personally I love it. I watch for it. Its the main reason I watch poker on tv now... lol LOVE seeing him get crushed in cash games.
- Phil Ivey - The greatest player cannot be left off this list - though I admit he could talk once and a while!
- Daniel Negreanu - While he has dropped off of late, he is working on getting better. Really like that he had the balls to stand up and say, I NEED HELP FROM THE KIDS after he was one of the best of the best. He also adds a lot to the entertainment value imo.

Honourable mention to dwan, darvin moon, & Men the Master

- Jennifer Harman - Actual poker skills - wish she was on more actually.

Favourite :

Ram Vaswani - first player I enjoyed watching play on TV back in 2005 (in various EPT events).

Jamie Gold - any player that can eat soup while playing heads up for the main event, has my vote! Not a fan favourite but I think he killed the main event. Never get tired of watching him take it down.

Kenny Tran - kind of a love hate relationship. Hate his attitude but wouldn't want to play against him and his poker voodoo.
