staking thread part 2?

So I am looking for thoughts on a plan on what you guys would like to see included if I was to get staked by you fine people. I have been on a break from poker and starting to get the urge to play once again(which is a good thing from what I read in a article today) and it is a few weeks away before I can go at poker myself, plus this could be a good way to be motivated and have some fun laughing at bad beats.

This is just planning right now as there is a couple of things I have to see in the next couple of days.

I ask this as there are people who would rather go for decent score compared to smaller(I am planning to start small by the way) and there are people who want to see certain tournaments included, starting bankroll etc etc.

So.........

1)Would you like to see makeup offered?(IF so I will be starting at a lower bankroll cause I don't want to be owing anyone money on here, screw that. ).

2)mixture of stt's, example, 9 man,18 man,27 man, 45 man.

3) a small mtt like a 180 man or small buy in mtt included here and there to go for a good score and boost the return and bankroll.

4)Anything else you would like to see.

So the basics is I wanted to start at the 2.25 level on full tilt stt's and the odd 180 man or regular mtt with a starting bankroll of $60-$100(so 30-50 buy in's) and work it up to where we can move to 5.50 level and move back down if on a bad run, I believe this is important to have this option of moving down when not going good and moving to next level if we are up and or on a good run.

As for cash games as I know some are going to mention that, I would not feel right asking to be staked into something I have not played much as I can't answer how it will go.

Also if by some chance(or miracle, ya ya shut up Milo) that the bankroll doubles I can ship back original bankroll and we freeroll for the rest of the time.

So just trying to come up with a good plan and would like to see the forum included and we all have some fun with the pokerz.

I promise to only swear every 3rd bad beat.

A loss of about 60 bucks, but stayed at the 1 level and game.

Heh, sorry. I wanted to see the poll results to date and didn't really have an opinion. Didn't want to skew legitimate responses so I went with the joke option. Awaiting my imminent ban.

I don't play much tourney's, but I think you'd gain a lot of valuable experience grinding the low limits that could likely help your tourney perspective (at the very least.)

At no point in that long ass original post did you include the most important piece of information:

Why are you a good investment?

By this I mean you should be including factual evidence showing that you are a winning player (Ie OPR, sharkscope, PTR, etc).

Im not saying this will get you a stake, but "I makes lots of forum posts" is not a valid reason for me to light monies on fire.

Id rather have you do a little work and sell yourself.

That would be not for this thread, that would be for the thread when the final plan is put together.

Fail

I have to agree with Wetts, you have to sell yourself to generate interest first, THEN put a plan in place. Like any other product or service, you must be able to sell what you got to offer before the market takes the risk. Prove to us you're worth the investment.

I don't get it, if you're a profitable player who can hold on to your money then why would you need a stake? And if you're not good enough to profit then why would anyone stake you? It's not like your looking to get staked at the 50 dollar mtt level

fail, how can I sell if everything is not put into place, I was already going to do what he says, it does not belong in here.

I am awesome!!! I already knew someone was going to bring that up, that's why I explained it in op.

No but I have had a offer from someone on here already for that.

You are not selling your PLAN...you're selling YOU. Without knowing your stats, its not going to be easy to get anyone to support your plan.

Publish your stats and your graphs, bankroll before and now. This will generate more interest from prospective investors than saying 'Here's my plan, help me out'.

Yes like I said that's what I was gonna do when the plan is actually in place, this thread is for what people would like to see in the plan as in terms of starting bankroll and games, no point have I said this is the plan.
