It is actually a re-buy for half the amount of starting chips. Looks like 5000 starting amount, re-buy-in for 2500. The proceeds will he handled as follows;
Total entry fees (-) minus expenses = net proceeds
Net proceeds divided by two, half goes to charity the other half will be distributed to 12 placing players according to percentage breakdown. We are in the process of securing a tournament director who will finalize all those details.

Thank you so much for your most positive comments. Much appreciated. For your information (although it seems you know everything) we have checked with the OLG and AGCO, both have indicated no problem. We are also checking with the local OPP just to be sure. All proceeds (if you read the ad) will go to "charity-expenses-prizes", no rake, no profit. Hopefully you're very busy that day and can't attend! We will post any new developments as they are available.

Your game is illegal, you will not likely gain many players on here. Fair warning by the way, police have trolled this board before, so you may want to hurry up on that OPP check. Your game is illegal if you're taking any $ from the prize pool for any reason (in this case, expenses and prizes).
