What is up with those that go all-in right away!!

Maybe it's just me but why do some insist on going all in with absolutely nothing. I get so frustrated by this. You may have a pretty good hand but you have these donkeys that insist on matching up your ace/king suited against there 4,6 off suit. And of course the 6 on the river ends up beating your high card. Don't get me wrong, if you have pocket rockets or kings or queens and just want to make that move all-in and you knock me out, no problem. It just bites, when for instance, you have been playing for an hour and you have someone call you with absolutely nothing. Chip stacks are about the same but this person either doesn't want to play anymore and wants to see if he can win a few heads up hands or is just ignorant and doesn't really play much.

Okay, I have vented enough.......what do you think, does it bother you at all?

It can be frustrating. For another POV, read Kill Phil.

here is a hand for you: cannon sits down very first hand you get pocket 10s. You call $5 (hoping cannon will raise) and cannon looks at one card and pushes all-in for $500 (2/5 game $500 max). You call and flop comes 228. Cannon flips over 25off. You feel any better?

btw, first card he looked at was the 2

Another example, I'm in the big blind with 25off (hey what a coincidence) and early position player makes it $30. There are FOUR callers and you decide the player that initially raised $30 will fold to pressure so you push all-in for $300 total. Initial raiser calls and shows AQs. Flop comes A310. You river a 4 for the straight

Moral of the story, takes a donkey to know a donkey!

Doesn't really bother me, low limit tournaments are nothing but math quizzes imo

is this directed to OP or me (possibly i'm just self-centred)?

scenario #1: i'm feeling perfectly fine. i'm rebuying and stacking that guy off sooner or later. impossible to fold a decent pocket pair to a guy who only knows one card no matter what that card is (minus a joker).

scenario #2: i'm never getting into. i'll squeeze on occasion, but not with 25o.
