Hey folks,

A quick reminder to all of the Tournament types on the Forum, the August 9th event is selling out fast. Last month's winner took home over $27,000.00. Call the Casino 1.888.294.3766 ext. 263 (toll free) to book a spot with a Visa or MasterCard or in person while visiting the Poker Pit to buy-in with cash. Remember to say hi if you are there competing, you can't miss me, I look just like my avatar only a wee tad taller.

Is there anywhere close to stay around there? If so, prices, etc to be expected? Any suggestions?

Hey folded,

I can recommend two places very close to the Casino, one is the San Man Motel about 15-20 min from the Casino, their phone number is 905.985.2333, I'm not sure what their summer rates are like; the other is a bed and breakfast right in Port Perry about 10-15 minutes from the Casino, their number is 905.985.7747, again, I'm not certain of their summer rates.
