Anyone here go to that Casino to play in their tournaments? I plan on going to check it out sometime next week. I'm thinking of going to the Nov 17th, $120 tournament.

How are the players there? Any tips for a first timer in that Casino?

I play the tournaments at Brantford pretty often. I find the fields to be pretty soft in general, but that's to be expected of pretty much any low buy-in tournament. If you're planning to play the $120 I'd register at least 24 hours in advance - it will almost certainly be full if you try to register on the same day.

I just played the $300 one on thursday. I am not much of a tourny player and I chopped 1st and 2nd with a gentleman. We were both tired as it took 10 hours to get heads up.

It was a nice structure with 7500 chips and 30 min blinds.

I called into the giftshop and bought in the day before via credit card. I would suggerst you buy a few days in advance.
