Single occupancy the cost for the room goes up from $105 to $175 but the taxes per person remain the same. Interesting math.

Huge 1 cent sale at spiritair. Yes, if you are a $9 fare club member you can book from Detroit to Vegas for 1 cent plus the cost of fuel.

Really most of Sept was avail. Looking at Sept 14-21. Will book in a day or 2.

Checked again, most of Sept/Oct/Nov avail. Note I see they are charging now per bag for carryons/checked bags so add another 15-20 ea person ea way.

Ah ok, I didn't look that far out as I was looking at May/June timeframe for WSOP... So that looks like maybe $170-180... not quite the bargain I've got in the past considering the drive. I also have a Southwest out of Buffalo deal email and there are dates I can get roundtrip from there for around $280. allin... I probably would pay $100. more to save the drive to Detroit... That's about my tipping point....
