I haven't played there yet, but have heard good things. Most of my friends play at Snakes, though (just down the street). Before complaining about the rake, don't forget the complimentary food and drinks. Besides, the rake is comparable to Casino du Lac-Leamy and Casino de Montreal. Except at the Quebec casinos, only coffee and water is complimentary, and you can't have (overpriced) alcohol at the tables - only at the bar.
