There was a problem last night, I had the same issue after receiving the email. contact support through the web form not email, it's quicker. Got a response in about 40 minutes and the code then worked fine!!!

Personally, I haven't even started clearing it. Paradise bonuses don't expire, so I grab them when they come in, but I don't start clearing until I've exausted the other sites I'm playing at.
