Forgot my last session update:

Spent some time reviewing my hands from Friday afternoon and while I saw some hands I should have played differently, it was mainly variance.

Played only one short session on Sunday. Was really hoping for more, but poor planning on my part for Saturday screwed up my Sunday plans

Really frustrating start to my Sunday session, when I busted 3 of my 1st tournaments within in under 10 minutes.

One of them I admit I played horribly. I have to remember not to "chase" with weak hands.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 7 Tournament, 15/30 Blinds (8 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB (t1575)
UTG (t1550)
UTG+1 (t1470)
MP1 (t4430)
MP2 (t1470)
CO (t1350)
Button (t1525)
Hero (SB) (t1680)

Hero's M: 37.33

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, 10
4 folds, CO calls t30, Button calls t30, Hero calls t15, BB checks

Flop: (t120) 5, 10, 9 (4 players)
Hero bets t120, 2 folds, Button calls t120

Turn: (t360) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets t240, Button raises to t540, Hero calls t300

River: (t1440) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets t835 (All-In), Hero calls t835

Total pot: t3110

Results:
Button had 8, 7 (flush, ten high).
Hero had A, 10 (one pair, tens).
Outcome: Button won t3110

Well there's $7 wasted

This one was particularly gross.
(back-to-back hands vs the same AWESOME player)

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 15 Tournament, 15/30 Blinds (9 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG+1 (t1500)
MP1 (t2360)

MP3 (t1190)
CO (t1470)

SB (t1460)
BB (t870)
Hero (UTG) (t1385)

Hero's M: 30.78

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K, K
Hero bets t75, 2 folds, MP2 calls t75, 2 folds, Button calls t75, 1 fold, BB calls t45

Flop: (t315) 3, 8, Q (4 players)
BB bets t795 (All-In), Hero raises to t1310 (All-In), 2 folds

Turn: (t1905) 5 (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: (t1905) Q (2 players, 2 all-in)

Total pot: t1905

THEN

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 15 Tournament, 15/30 Blinds (9 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG (t1500)
UTG+1 (t2360)
MP1 (t1500)
MP2 (t1190)
MP3 (t1470)
CO (t1615)
Button (t1445)
SB (t1905)
Hero (BB) (t515)

Hero's M: 11.44

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, K
7 folds, SB bets t570, Hero calls t485 (All-In)

Flop: (t1030) J, A, 9 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: (t1030) 10 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t1030) 10 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: t1030

Results:
SB had Q, 10 (three of a kind, tens).
Hero had A, K (two pair, Aces and tens).

Managed to recover my Friday losses on Sunday (this game is fun), so not all was lost.

And the icing on the cake was the SN sitting to my left on 3 of my tables and to my right on another.

VIP status has nothing to do with how good they are, hell, the majority of SNE's are very losing players who make a living on rake back

Sucks you had a rough session, we all know the feeling

post up some hands we can look at

Still feeling pretty shitty, so just a short session tonight.

Only 3 tabled a 5 game session. Man it's a good thing I am sick, cause running 3 tables would make me want to slit my wrists.

Anyways, I managed to finish up $46 (1 win of the 5) for a 108% ROI

February started off on a high note but ended with a free fall.

Even though I essentially missed almost 10 days of play due to sickness, I still managed 100 games. I think I pushed a bit too hard to make 100 and played when I was not really feeling up to it.

Games Played: 100/120
Hrs played: 15:40
ABI: $8.76
Profit: $62.00
ROI: 7%
