So 2 weeks ago I (once again) got my chat banned but this time for a month... anyways, since then I've been doing ALOT better by not being able to yell at all the stupid donks and fish after a badbeat or just plain talking to people on the table...

Think it's just variance or it's the fact that I can't put myself on worse tilt by typing shit in the chatbox?

Maybe you are a big victim to chat tilt... I've suffered from it a few times. Now I try not to even look at the chat and usually will put it on the stats section. The mental aspect of poker is so big that its possible chatting has taken your mind out of "the zone".

I never use the chat, except to type nh when a donk cracks my aces with quad tens.
