Not just seize them... they also want to block them so people can't play online in the state. They would like to protect the interests of the local casino / racetrack.

That's fucked up that they'd even consider blocking people from any website. It's the silliest thing I have ever heard.

It's like I'm Governor of Idaho, and I want to block the citizens from accessing any website to do with PEI, because PEI potatoes are a threat to the Idaho potato industry.

The whole 'threat to National Security' thing...That pisses me off when people in power like this asshole, try to scare people into accepting having their freedom taken away. It's just some bull shit to scare people who have no clue, to take the, 'better safe than sorry' approach, rather than actually thinking for them selves.
