MTT, What's his range here?

It's early, villian has been splashing around in 30-40% of pots so far, no showdowns. My first mistake is I haven't looked him up on opr yet. So very agrressive player so far, what range do you put him on here?

Level 1 - You really cant put him on a range;
so maybe two orbits and he has played 6-7 times?

I would strongly consider folding; you have no position against a LAG in the best case scenario.

He could be on a rush - he could be a nit, or a LAG

AA-KK-QQ- AK have you in bad shape -

Has he reraised yet? Typically a LAG would have reraised a couple of times to outplay a single player, has he reraised anyone else yet?

What are you willing to commit to find out that he is a LAG? Is it worth 1/4 of your stack to be the hero here?

The best you can really hope for is a NIT who would do a reraise with AQ-A9 or a small pair.

Easy fold.

If you do call, this would be a very easy check fold on the flop without help.

Let someone else be the hero and find out what the LAG is playing. If he is a nit or on a rush, you'll see him slow down and know that you probably made a great laydown.

Out of position, against a reraise?
With virtually no read.
and your going to risk 10% to see?

if he is reraising every hand he is in ok, but am I playing too tight in a MTT?

I would call in a rebuy or STT but am I giving too much credit here?

ty. I was thinking I played it like crap, but my line was ok here? Or are you saying cr the flop?

*** FLOP *** [Ac 8h 9d]
Akala16: checks
wasylaa: bets 320
Akala16: calls 320
*** TURN *** [Ac 8h 9d] [Jh]

wasylaa: checks

Red: I think we're about 15 hands in and the guy has been involved in 6 maybe and has reraised before, he's shoved all his chips in once already on a huge overbet that looked like a bluff.

I just didn't have a clue where I was at in this hand.
