OnGame Grand Tourney

Ok so today I am entered in the $1040 Grand Tourney on OnGame (pokerroom et al). I'm going to post hands here of note. You can follow me as cdnmoose05.

Format: 10,000 starting chips, 6 max, 30 min blinds which is huge for online.

Lvl 1 25/25
Ok I have to finish up some stuff for work and then I jump into the shower so I show up 10 min late. cdnmoose aka phil hellmouth

I scan through the hands but I missed nothing of note.

First hand K4, I fold. Flop K104 of course. Miss out on $1300 pot

2. 88, action is heavy and I get out of the way of a $2950 pot.

3. I fold but at showdown I see AA take down a $1300 pot.

Wow pretty loose and crazy already. Lagtard at table down $2k already.

Hand 5
1010 I take down $600 on the flop

Few hands later QJdd, flop 9d10hJh then Kd bingo! then Kc, guy on my right has been betting every street bets a little big, I ponder and just flat call. He had 89hh for a flopped straight and freeroll in hearts, while I turned the higher straight and freeroll in diamonds. I take down $1520

Next hand AA, get into it with the lagtard. Board 6744J. I'm cautious and check behind when the flush completes and of course lagtard shows Q4. grr.

Few hands later limp J8s board J24, guy on my left min bets. Turn 3. Min bets and I raise it up. River 6. Of course the dude holds 36. Unreal. Now I'm back to even

25 min in, pick up KK, board ends up 4 spades with an A on flop and I give up on river with no spades of course. Down to 8750 chips now.

I couldn't find any nighttime sats for this, they really need to run sats all day, like championchip ones.

Lvl 3 - 50/75
1st hand of the level QQ
One limp. Raise to $250, call, call, call.
Flop 33K. Pot $1000, lead out $400, call, lagtard c/r to $2600. Everyone folds. Clearly I have no clue how to play this game. Down to $3850. Sigh.

Ugh lagtard busts out and I'm at a new table. I can't possibly get a softer table than the last one.

New table mates
Cbernahrd2 10.6k ROI 134% ABI $6
knude9 22k ROI 11% ABI $11
googk 8.7k 23%, $34
ohcaraiboa, 9k, 42%, $50, ranked top 2000 as well
juhlapokka, 11k, 221%, $31, profit of $33k this year, top 200 sigh
me

Getting desperate now.
Bluffed off a bunch more chips to the top 200 guy

1010 in BB, before it gets to me - raise, reraise, I fold. Flop - bet, raise, reraise, fold. I think I dodged a bullet there.

AJ - steal the blinds

Next hand 109s, raise UTG, flop A10x, bet half pot and win

Next hand 66, solid player raises from button, I shove and everyone folds. $3550 now.

One orbit later same guy raises to $250, I shove 44 from sb and everyone folds. $3650

Lvl 3 50/100
$3650

KK no action

KQ in BB one limp, Juhlapokka makes it $400. I do not want to play with this guy and I fold. Flop blanks and I'm glad.

A7, raise to 300. Blinds call. Flop A96. Bet 2/3, one call. Turn 9 and completes the flush. Basically I can't beat anthing now. Dude moves me in on river and I fold.

Next hand Juhlapokka raises, I shove my last 2700 with presto. Get called by AK, turn A and IGHN. Shittiest tourney ever and the only hand I regret is paying off that flush in the first level. All my big hands got sucked out on or I made no money. Sigh.
