http://www.twodimes.net/poker

Holdem Hi: 1370754 enumerated boards
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
Ts Tc 602051 43.92 764245 55.75 4458 0.33 0.440
Ac Kh 472314 34.46 887292 64.73 11148 0.81 0.348
Ks Qd 285241 20.81 1074365 78.38 11148 0.81 0.212

Note it easy to see that TT should be ahead since it is a small favourite over either hand individually and the two hands are killing a few of each others out (the kings). Oops forgot to make the AK suited, that should make the AK win a couple extra % depending on the specific suits but TT is still ahead.

If there are only three players in the hand,

TsTh, = 42% win, .3% tie
AdKd, = 38% win, .8% tie
Kh,Qc = 19.2% win, .8% tie

I use my handy dandy, the very best in poker simulation softare called poki poker, see www.poker-academy.com . Note this is not a simulation, but a calculation based on every single possible board combination (vis a vis twodimes).

If it is pre-flop and these are the three known hands, with the others being random, the odds change dramatically.

I don't know what the WPT uses to make their calculations, but they do use all the hole cards. So, someone might see the TT as only a 38% advantage and come to the conclusion that is always the case. However, the WPT uses the fact that someone else folded the Th2d (obviously Doyle was not playing).

Hope that helps.

Cheers
Magi

You asked for the % preflop. So nothing goes in the dead cards and board.

Just enter hands one per line.

Th Ts
Ad Kd
Kc Qs

Note - it does matter (slightly) what suits are used for flush possibilities
