X-Mas Poker Stars MTT Low Stakes Run

Starting Bankroll: $100

Details: Im trying to improve my online game by forcing discipline on myself. I feel I have the game good enough to become a legit online grinder but my discipline lacks as most novice players. The beginning of this I will stick to $4.50 max S&G's (18, 27, 45, 90, 180) and max $4.40 MTT's with guaranteed prize pools or Satty's into higher buy-in MTT's.

Goal: To be able to build my BR to grind medium buy-in S&G's and handle the swings comfortably(long road i know) and play in the higher buy-in regular MTTs with a greater ROI potential.

I will update my progress regularly and anyone who can provide tips or support will not be overlooked.

Heres to I hope a long and successful grind! Cheers!

I can be followed at the account name p0cketAz

You realize you are very under-rolled?

If you want to be an online grinder I suggest learning to play more tables.

to roll properly, you should be able to buy-in to whatever you're buying into 100x over.
so if you're playing $4.50, your roll should be $450.

Once you find a game that you can build a roll with, like the 18mans, play the crap out of them. Build your roll, so you can take shots at MTTs. Or just keep making money and add more tables.

I loved the 45man SNGs on Full Tilt but find the structure too fast on Stars.

I found the opposite re 45 mans. I love the ones on PS (I can 8 table those) and hated the ones one FTP. Preferred the 90 man KO's on FTP.

But ya, as dj says if you find a game you're good at; play the crap out of them. Also you need to be able to multitable at these levels if you are going to build a BR without going insane
