Edmonton Home Game: Cash Games & Tourneys

Hi Everyone,

I host a poker game on the south end of Edmonton.

Have 3 different types of poker sessions.

1) 50c/$1 nl/pl/sl dealer's choice

nl games: holdem, pineapple, crazy pineapple
pl games: omaha, omaha 8
sl games: 7 card stud, razz, 8 or better (50c bring in, 50c ante, $1-$10 all streets)

2) 25c/50c nl holdem

3) Tourneys

Buy-ins from $40 to $100. nlhe or plo.

We play on a custom made bigslikpokertables.com table with a built in shuffletech shuffler (more hands per hour! ).

If you're interested, send me a PM.

Thanks!

Wow..the economy must be pretty bad if oil rich Alberta is playing micro stakes.

Just kidding Doc. Welcome to the forum. If this game was in SW Ontario I'd be in for sure.

Good luck at the tables!

lol - the oil biz is in the tank!

Actually, you'd be surprised how hard it is to get players for any level of cash game - even 50c/$1 is out of a lot of player's comfort zone. Most home players around here are solely interested in bored'em tourneys... er I mean hold'em tourneys

Usually have to go to the casino to get my cash game fix - it's just a gets boring playing 1/2 with a table full of drunks - profitable but boring.
