PF raise is a bit small. I would go $200 or $225
Your flop 3 bet is too small. I would either call his re-raise or ship the rest of the chips in. A min 3 bet does nothing for you except bloat the pot on a wet board. He is going to call about 100% of the time (so you get no information from his call), you will have a tough decision with any diamond or broad-way cards on the turn.

Call his turn re-raise most of the time and ship it if he has shown to be aggressive or if you have seen him bet a draw in the past.

    River fold is a good.

    Hand 2

Limping AA is gay esp. with 20 BB.

Here is how you fix this.

You should immediately plug this hand into a re-player and and watch it 100 times in row. As you view it smack your nut sack with a ping-pong paddle every time you limp and twice at showdown as a reminder. In the future you will wince whenever you see AA fortunately you will no longer limp with it.
