This will be my first ever trip to Great Blue Herron. It is a $ 550 tourney starts at 10:30am .....

anyone else coming ?

has anyone played one of these recently ??? brochure says they have a $5 top up that gives you %20 more starting chips ???? does this still happen ?

    First off I acknowledge that I played very poorly today.

    nothing crazy happened first few levels I got decent cards and was getting small pocket pairs like crazy. But every flop there were 3 over cards to my pocket pair. Next 2 or 3 levels I was very card dead. After the dinner break blinds were 600-1200 100 ante and I was down to $ 9500 chips first ace rag suited I saw I called pre flop and got it all in way way behind when the ace hit the flop. I didn't get my suck out and drove home knowing that I played really poorly and wasted a very long drive to port perry.

    this was my first time there. They gave us a free buffet voucher just for playing in the tourney and the main suit Jeff was very good and followed proper TDA rules which was nice.
