    His betting pattern suggests he flopped a queen. The only thing is now he knows you are drawing and the check on the river means either either has AQ and is looking to check raise you cause he puts you on AXc or he has a naked queen and is totally pissed that you got there.

    Check raising the turn would be fun and more likely define his hand range. Figure that point you have to assume that any club/4 gives you the nuts on the river :)
