Decided to break out the smoker this weekend, so smoked sausages for tonight. Bacon cheddar and maple chipotle.
Hard to go wrong with the smoker. The wings, meatloafs and ribs have been solid so far this year. Still need to fine tune the wings a bit and my last brisket was way under seasoned, but it’s always a learning process.
